01 Diving In

Diving into Ocean Quest means you accept these terms in full. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Ocean Quest (the "Game"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please stop using the Game immediately.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Ocean Quest Studios ("we," "us," or "our"). Continued use of the Game constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.

02 The Game

Ocean Quest is a free-to-play entertainment game hosted on oceanquest.fun. The Game is entirely social and recreational in nature. Specifically:

• No real money, currency, or financial assets are wagered at any time
• No real prizes, cash, or items of monetary value can be won
• All in-game tokens exist solely within the game environment
• The Game is not regulated by any gambling authority or body
• Performance within the Game does not predict real-world outcomes

03 Eligibility

You agree not to: use cheats or exploits; attempt to reverse-engineer the Game; use bots or automation; engage in conduct that harms other users; or violate any applicable law while using the Game.

All content in Ocean Quest — including graphics, sounds, design, and code — is the exclusive property of Ocean Quest Studios and protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Game without prior written permission.

07 Disclaimers

The Game is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by applicable international law.

08 Limited Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ocean Quest Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game, including loss of data or virtual tokens.

09 Updates

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance.
